Conference Fees

Register now for the conference, on-campus housing, optional events, and more!

There is a delay in the university system sending out receipts for the registration and other conference fees.  If you need an immediate copy of your receipt, please print the online receipt you will see at the end of your registration transaction.  At the conference, we will have printed receipts for all of you just to be certain you have the paperwork your require.
We are now less than a month away from the start of the conference. Registration refunds are no longer available.
Full registration includes access to all panels and roundtables, plenary dialogues, poetry and fiction readings, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.

Registration fees

  • Regular registration: $180 ($200 after April 21, 2015)
  • Unemployed, underemployed, retiree, and student registration: $150 ($170 after April 21, 2015)

We have a limited number of scholarships for a further reduction in conference fees.  Please write to and ask for the application form. Funds will be awarded on the basis of need with more weight given to early applications.
